Our Philosophy

We strongly believe that the worth of each soul is great. There are no throwaway children, none that are “too far gone”. When we transport youth we communicate to them that “yes, things have gone wrong, but, things can get better”. We set boundaries for the youth and insist that they comply but, we always make the utmost effort to let the youth keep their dignity and show them respect.

The safety our clients’ children is our primary concern and our agents are drilled with this concept. We want our client parents to able to give their children over to our agents care with the assurance that they will be well cared for.

We feel that the transport is the initial experience of the changing and healing process for the youth and we want it to be positive. While we don’t engage in formal counseling, our agents strive to model to the youth self control, respect for others, good communication, and inner strength. We learn all we can about the school or program that the youth is going to in order to give the youth honest and informative answers to the questions they inevitably ask.
